How to delete your data under GDPR right to erasure, CCPA deletion right, and Moroccan Law 09-08.
Email info@musakleads.com with subject "Data Deletion Request" and your account identifier. We confirm receipt and process within 30 days as required by GDPR Article 17 and Law 09-08.
If you signed up with Apple, data is tied to your Apple ID. Request deletion via app settings or email us directly. Apple ID credentials are not stored by us.
Deletion removes: name, email, phone, message history, lead notes, and account metadata. Backups purged within 90 days. Aggregated analytics data may be retained without identifiers.
California residents may request deletion under CCPA / CPRA. We verify identity before acting. We do not sell personal information; no opt-out of sale is required.
Minimal retention for legal compliance (tax, contract, fraud) up to 3 years after deletion request per Moroccan Law 09-08 and GDPR Article 17(3).
